1. Who we are
VOXPASS is operated by VOXLABS (“we”, “us”), Indonesia. VOXPASS is a ticketing platform: we sell tickets as an intermediary on behalf of event organizers. We are not the organizer of the events listed on VOXPASS, and we don't run, host or control them unless an event page says otherwise.
2. Accounts
- You can buy tickets as a guest or with an account. Keep your sign-in details private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate details. Tickets are sent to the email you provide at checkout.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, ticket touting that breaks an organizer's rules, or abuse of the platform.
3. Buying tickets
- The price you pay is shown before you pay, including any service fee charged to the buyer. Promo codes reduce the ticket price, not the fee.
- Tickets you select are held for 15 minutes while you complete checkout. If the hold runs out, they return to sale.
- An order is confirmed when our payment provider confirms your payment. Your e-tickets are then emailed to you and shown in My tickets.
- Each ticket has a unique QR code and can be used for entry once. Don't share it publicly — whoever shows it first gets in.
- A ticket is a licence to attend the event under the organizer's terms shown on the event page, such as age limits and entry rules. The organizer may refuse entry if those terms aren't met.
4. No refunds, changes and cancellations
- Tickets are non-refundable. We don't accept refund requests from buyers, and organizers can't offer refunds through VOXPASS.
- If an event is cancelled, every order is refunded in full, including the service fee, automatically.
- If an event's date or venue changes after you bought a ticket, we email you the new details and your ticket stays valid.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method where possible. If the method can't be refunded automatically (for example, a virtual account), we transfer the money to the bank account you give us.
5. Organizers
- Organizers are responsible for their events: the information on the event page, holding the event as described, safety, permits, taxes on their revenue, and handling attendees' data lawfully.
- Organizers must verify their identity or company (KYC) before publishing paid events or withdrawing money. We review events before they go live.
- We charge a platform fee per paid ticket (5% + Rp2.500 by default, unless agreed otherwise). The organizer chooses whether the buyer pays it or it's deducted from ticket revenue.
- Ticket revenue is held until 3 days after the event ends, then becomes available to withdraw to a verified bank account. We may hold funds longer when there are pending cancellations, disputes or signs of fraud.
- If refunds or chargebacks exceed an organizer's balance, the organizer owes us the difference.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use VOXPASS to sell tickets to events that are illegal, misleading or that you have no right to sell; to interfere with the platform; to scrape or resell tickets in bulk against an organizer's rules; or to collect attendees' data for unrelated purposes.
7. Liability
We work hard to keep VOXPASS available and correct, but the platform is provided as is. As a sales intermediary, we're not liable for the content, quality, safety or running of an event — that is the organizer's responsibility. Our liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where Indonesian law doesn't allow this limit.
8. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which follows Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 of 2022).
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We'll try to resolve any dispute with you directly first.
