E-tickets
Each ticket gets its own QR code and a manual backup code, sent by email the moment payment lands. Buyers can find them again in My Tickets.
Scanner
Scan at the door from any phone browser. Assign scanners to gates, see duplicates with the time and gate of the first scan, and keep going offline.
Payouts
A running balance per organization with a statement you can hand to your accountant. Withdraw to your verified bank account.
How payouts work

Sales come in
Paid orders land in your balance as pending, with the platform fee already accounted for.
Event ends
Funds stay pending until 3 days after the event ends (H+3), so cancellations and disputes can be handled first.
Funds become available
After the hold, the money moves to Available to withdraw. You see exactly when, per event.
Withdraw
Request a payout from Rp50.000 to a verified bank account. We confirm with your password and a one-time code.
Payouts only go to bank accounts verified in your organization's name. A newly added account can be used after 24 hours, and the owner gets an email whenever bank details change.

No subscription and no setup cost. One platform fee per paid ticket — e-tickets, the scanner, your dashboard and payouts are included.

FAQ
Questions organizers ask.
Do I need to verify my organization first?
You can create events and publish free ones right away. To publish paid events and withdraw money, verify your organization (KYC) in Settings: your ID or company documents and a bank account in the same name.
Who pays the platform fee?
You decide per ticket type. Either the buyer pays it on top of the ticket price — shown upfront on the event page — or you absorb it and it's deducted from your revenue. Promo codes never reduce the fee.
Are free events really free?
Yes. Free tickets carry no fee. You get the same e-tickets and check-in tools.
What about refunds?
Tickets on VOXPASS are non-refundable, so there are no refund requests to handle. If you cancel an event, every buyer is refunded in full automatically, fee included, from that event's balance.
Can I change the date or venue after publishing?
Yes, but the change goes to VOXLABS for review first. Once approved, every ticket holder is emailed the new details.
Can my team help run events?
Invite people with a role: Owner, Manager (events and reports), Finance (reports and withdrawals) or Scanner (check-in only, for the events you assign).
Which payment methods can buyers use?
Virtual accounts from major Indonesian banks, QRIS, e-wallets and cards. The payment page shows the methods available for each order.
